In this episode, we brew and enjoy a coffee which is NOT Arabica or Robusta – presenting Coffea Eugenioides. There are many coffee species in the world, however most are not produced commercially. Most of the coffee we consume is Arabica, with the second largest production being Robusta (which is easier to grow, has more caffeine, but does not usually taste great).
